So far it's done a brilliant job. Not a trace of limescale in my kettle, and that is usually well encrusted again within two or three weeks of descaling. Also, when I called Direct Water Filters to check on a few details, the bloke could not have been more helpful. So a good product, and good after sales service too. The unit itself seemed well made, but we were after something that could be put in line from the mains, to protect the sink tap. This is actually a stand alone unit with its own mini faucet, as an add-on to a water system.
