Review: Size matters. - I bought this tava for the express purpose of making roti. To be honest, it's a bit small for making roti but it does the job, I just make smaller rotis now which means making an extra one for each person eating. I normally eat two rotis but because this tava is smaller I can eat three. For making roti I would suggest getting the next size up. The material is good and the thickness is fine as it spreads the heat quite evenly. Overall, it quite good.
