I ordered it 11/5/2020 and it arrived 11/6/2020, folded with instructions to heat it in the dryer for 5 minutes, which worked nicely. **Q: Size says 42" x 35" but then down lower it says 12.7x10.5x3?? What does that mean?** A: Thank you for asking this question. I see the same thing. At the top it says 42" x 35" and then depending on the color, the size below in the description changes. Black says 12.7 x 10.5 the brown says Large, Grey says the XL. I would like the black one, but I don't trust the size. **Q: Is it safe for laminate floors??** A: I have it on a tile floor. I wouldn’t hesitate to put it on laminate because of the smooth backing. I really like this door mat. **Q: I want to use this on my outdoor patio (covered) to help remove debris from my dogs paws before coming inside. Does this mat help to brush off debris?** A: Yes, it does help and is softer on the dog's pads than a bristle or all plastic rug. I usually kept a large Terry rag by my back door to wipe Knight's feet especially in snowy or very rainy weather. Trained him to automatically stop so I could wipe them. I don't know if you could do this with a hair drier. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hit & miss quality, but buying it again *by C***L on June 23, 2024* I've bought this mat in the 42" x 35" size 4 times now. The first 2 were great for our need, which is at the back door for our 4 dogs to cross upon coming back inside from our sandy, dirt patch/weeds yard. It helps trap a lot of that dirt from their paws, as well as whatever else may be stuck to their feet (leaves, pine straw, rare piece of poo). These mats were brown and lasted. The 3rd one I ordered was khaki. I don't know what the problem was, but that mat was bad quality. It started splitting apart after about a month. I had to duct tape it from the bottom. Then the upper side started breaking apart and pieces were scattering across my kitchen. I was always picking up pieces and treating it cautiously. I've just ordered another one, hoping that was a fluke. I'm disappointed that I lost my money on a bad item and I wish the manufacturer or seller would refund me or give me a replacement. But after a while to think on it, I'll give it another chance. I was very happy with the first 2 mats.. so much so that I also ordered another a while back and had it sent to my dad's house for the entry from his dusty back yard into his garage.. to keep his wife from complaining so much about dirt on her floor. 😂 Overall, this was a good purchase to start with and I hope the next one will be like the other good ones.
