A: yes that's what we use, either a street puck, street ball or even a legit hockey puck works on this net. It's pretty sturdy in my opinion.

A: Yes it can, it's very sturdy in my opinion

**Q: does this come with one or two goals?**
A: This comes with one goal.  My son loves it plays all the time.  If you want two goals you will need to purchase two of these.
