[We did an inventory of parts before we started, because I despise being halfway thru a build to find I'm missing something that needs days to arrive.] Everything there, plus they had complimentary extras of some of the parts. If it bothers me greatly, I can wipe it down when I feed them in the morning. In our home, the best central location for the box was in our dining room. Directions were clear and easy and we bought some wooden legs to attach so it would be higher up off the ground. It only fits small litter boxes so beware of that. My cats had been used to big litter boxes but I thought it might be OK. They used them and this product just fine but the amount of litter that was all over the cabinet and having to pull the boxes completely out to be able to clean them ended up being too much work for us. It may work for other cat owners but if it had sliding panel to pull the litter boxes out it would be so much better.
