**Q: Speed Shine vs Meguiar's Ultimate Quick Detailer - which is best?**
A: I have to say the Meguiars is just a little better for the product's intended purpose (light cleaning). Speed Shine is a good product and worthwhile to use. It smells better than Meg UQD and probably goes on a little bit slicker, but in the end, I have found (after 3 months of testing on several vehicles) that the Megs product produces a cleaner panel and a little more of a shine. If Megs UQD is 100, then the Speed Shine is a 97 or 98. Megs UQD followed by Megs Synthetic X-Wax (or probably the Ultimate Quik Wax) will produce a VERY shiny vehicle, even if your paint is less than perfect. Supposedly the Griots BOSS Detailer competes with the Syn. X-Wax very well, but I haven't used the BOSS product.

**Q: Can you use Griot's garage spray on car wash and speed shine on a clear bra without damaging it?**
A: I have a 3M invisible bra on my car and it takes quite a bit of abuse; I buff it out, polish it, use speed shine, etc. without any damage. If you have a different brand of clear bra, I don't know how durable it would be.

**Q: Does this product contain any silicones, solvents, VOCs, or any petroleum distillates?**
A: No

**Q: What is the difference between the speed shine and best of show detailer?**
A: I found speed shine to work better, best in show detailer gave my paint hazing , maybe I did not use it correctly  . When I used b of s d , I had to go over w/ speed shine to fix . It’s a bright color and looks good on the shelf, I have used it as lubricant for clay .

I’ve used a lot of different “Quick Detailers” most of them are good, but this one from Griot’s Garage is exceptional! I live in SW Coastal Florida, I own an all black 2018 Corvette Stingray and park under a metal roof shelter. Without a detailer, my car would stay dirty! This product was truly quick and easy. Spray a panel, wipe with a clean microfiber towel and follow with a dry polishing towel then move to the next panel. It took me about an hour to complete the work and the gloss and the deep shine was incredible! I recommend a conventional wash if your car is really dirty, I clay-bared my car first but that was mostly my OCD. It offers great results and if you take the extra time to deep clean first it will produce a beautiful shine, make it even quicker and easier to re-apply, and the projection will last longer. I highly recommend this reasonably priced and effective product!
