They have done some amazing research on Khavinson Peptides and it has been proven to help that gland and restore a natural method of producing melatonin in your body. How to use this: You will use the whole bottle in a 20-day period of time. To administer spray 3 times under the tongue twice daily - once after breakfast and another after your mid-day meal or light snack. After using up the bottle (after 20 days) you stop taking it. They recommend doing this regime again in 4-6 months on an ongoing basis. I am giving this a try after looking at all the research. I will see how things go after 20 days and if I can stop taking melatonin, or reduce my melatonin dose.
