Great fit, but I did have to size down (I'm 5ft 2in, 107 lbs - usually wear a Small but it was too big/baggy). They look great and can't wait to wear them! Fabric is nice, stretch is good, haven't washed yet but will likely wash in cold and hang dry.

I bought four pairs of pants: one in a black-and-white square pattern, one in maroon, and two in black. The square pattern pair and the maroon pair are amazing. I love them, and they fit fantastic and are so very comfortable!However, the black pants were terrible. They did not fit at all, and the cloth used was very see-through (how are black pants see-through?!!). The cloth was itchy and felt like it would get caught on anything and tear. I ended up returning those two pairs.

These are cute pants but the size medium is a size 12 in women's. That would have helped in determing the correct size if they would have labeled them that way. These were too big for me as I am a size 8-10. They are super comfy looking. They stretch and if fit is right, would be perfect work pants. They fit like pj's .

These are very professional looking and are super comfortable! So I would say the best of both worlds! Plus, they are high waisted and have pockets! The only thing is, I was looking to buy slacks. If I get my normal size, which is a medium, they fit like loose leggings. They still look nice and are comfortable but I needed something a little less tight fitted. I also ordered a large and they are perfect for what I wanted. Just a bit big in the waist with nothing to cinch them up with. They still manage to hold up though and don't fall down. So I decided to keep the large because I really liked them and needed a few pairs of slacks. Overall, they fit true to size! If you want more of a looser look like I did I would say to try a size up. Otherwise they are super awesome pants!

Ordered 3 different styles of these pants, and the gray elastic waisted plaid had the best fit with the most comfortable, stretchy fabric. My new favorite work pants. I ordered an XL, with 41" hips at 5'7" and 155lbs. The black split hem pants are slightly less comfortable, and have a zippered waist instead of elastic. The material also does not stretch as much. These I did return the XL for a L- the sizing is different, the XL were WAY too long, even with 3" heels. Last pair ordered was the all black elastic waisted button, and nothing could be done to make these fit in a flattering way. Cut was again different on these. Returned.

I got the black & white grid pants and they look super cute and fit very well, while looking thicker than normal stretchy pants (perfect for my job). However, the fabric feels like costume fabric and makes a horrible noise when it rubs against any other fabric, and also the zipper BROKE after ONE wear and not while I was wearing them; it broke when I WASHED them. The zipper is pointless, first of all, and goes down way further than it should. I noticed there was no actual stopper to stop the zipper from flying off the teeth, so when I found the zipper was stuck in the middle in that annoying way where you have to unzip and rezip, when I unzipped, it just flew right off!Deserves one star, but I'm giving two only because they're cute enough to sew shut. That's it. Wish I didn't have to sew them to be wearable, though!

I read a lot of the reviews and still ordered using the sizing chart provided. I ALWAYS look at each manufacturer's own size guide on Amazon when provided, I feel it prevents a lot of headaches instead of assuming all sizing is standard. When the pants arrived I saw that they do indeed look like the pull-up old lady pants with the elastic waistband and baggy front/butt. However they don't look like that on, on they fit like a legging and are very flattering. The material is thick and seems durable; the waist hits high enough to provide some stomach control but doesn't create a muffin top; the material is soft, stretchy, and comfortable; it feels like I'm wearing comfy at home clothes and not work clothes. They also show off my round butt and little waist. I think that is where others have issues; I believe if I didn't have a full butt (there's over a 1 FOOT difference between my waist and hip measurements) and muscular thighs like I do the waist would have fit but the rest of the pants would have stayed baggy like the old lady pants we all know. I ordered the gray plaid pattern and think the pants look very chic and professional (I'm a lawyer and I wore them to work today.) The only thing that's a little off is I could probably cut off 1.5-2 inches from the legs, though they still look good and isn't completely necessary. The length is in no way a problem with these pants but because I'm only 5'2" and ALL pants are longer than they should be on me. I'm very happy with them and will buy more.
