He's happy again! ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Roughly 1 year lifespan *by A***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 March 2021* I bought this for a Roomba 500 series back in 2018 to replace an original iRobot battery pack. I used to use the Roomba 3 days a week to give you an idea of usage. This battery lasted for roughly 1 year and 3 months before the Roomba started giving error 5 messages again, and as a result I went back to using the old Dyson hoover.With more work coming in recently I've given the Roomba another go with a new iRobot battery pack, and it's working just fine again. If you feel you can justify an ongoing cost for this battery every 1 to 1 1/2 years then I would buy, otherwise I wouldn't recommend this for long term usage.iRobot's own brand long life battery costs ~Β£80 (At the time of writing 10/03/21) and apparently lasts around 3 years.
