Review: Inferior battery - Bought this battery in October 2024, and now it is not working. So, overall I HATE THIS VACUUM. it totally sucks!! haha But, seriously, the hype of a Dyson and it's cost is stupid. It's one of the worst purchases I've ever made. Now, if I have to replace this battery a second time, I am irate. What kind of product is that? Doesn't even last a year? Prior to this the old battery wouldn't even operate the higher vac setting without stopping in under a minute. New, second battery only good for 7 months. Terrible product, if I could give less than 1 star, I would.
