**Q: I didn't receive all of the bottle in my recent order, how can I get into contact with Ensure so this mistake can be fixed?**
A: I tried contact them and they were only asking to return everything if i wanted a refund. I was missing 7 in my last order.... 11/2020.

**Q: What’s the expiration date on this ensure**
A: The expiration date is 12-15 months after manufacturing date.  Mine expires in April 2022 and I bought it in February 2021.

**Q: How do i use my snap card for purchase**
A: Same as you do with any card just follow directions that come up,have a blessed day .

**Q: Need to change persons name & address as a gift**
A: Call maine office and change it.
