The excruciating Erie painful cry that came from the baby scared the entire life out of my body my son while laying next to me playing with the the bangles, he likes to hear the noise they make , and somehow someway his fingers slids in between that little spacing where the charm os and once they were in it literally clamp his fingers cutting off the blood circulation turning his fingers black and blue and alone and by myself with only one hand I could not get the bracelet off my son's hand I was screaming frantically for everyone in my house to wake up and someone to come help me because I could not get it off myself I could not pull the bracelet because that would pull on his fingers I couldn't pull the metals apart with one hand with two fingers because it's a hard metal his fingers were literally just being smashed by the bracelets and there was nothing that I can do alone finally my kids came running, my older children and we were able to get his fingers out and literally soon as the bracelets came off his fingers begin to swell and when I say swell in a four month old little tiny helpless baby that is one of the scariest sites I have ever had seen so I had to rush him to the emergency room because I figured his fingers were broke and the swelling was cutting off the circulation all I could think was oh my God my son is only 4 months and he's going to lose his fingers due these bangles . The bracelets are beautiful they're nice accent I personally will never wear them around my children again but someone has to make everyone aware of the potential danger to babies around these bracelets. Again we were just laying on the bed and he was playing with the bracelets you know he's a baby he's exploring so something so innocent and his he was flicking the charms and pulling on the bracelet and his fingers slid in but once they were in it was like a vice grip and you could not get them out. Had I been home alone and no one was here I would not have been able to get those bracelets off and I've literally would have had to drive 15 minutes to the hospital with my son in my hand in the driver seat until I got to somebody to help me . It was 3am. You know it's very scary so I just want every consumer to be aware of the hazards of these bracelets around babies not so much bigger kids they can't get their fingers in but little babies who can fIt their fingers in the small spacing.
