If the rabbits mess with them and get them off plumb, they will drip. I wound up using bowls meant for parrot cages that screw tightly onto the cage wire. They usually can't tip those. **Q: This bottle drips CONSTANTLY. What is your solution to this? Returning it would cost as much as the item!** A: It appears to be a defect in the bottle, we did return the item and there was no cost that I had to pay because I purchased it at Amazon.com. I went online completed the return form and it was picked up by UPS. I was given full credit for my purchase. **Q: My drips constantly too, emptying is a matter of hours and soaking the cage. Anyone know how to correct this?** A: Please note that in order to work properly without any leakage, the bottle needs to be filled completely to the top, then flipped over for about 30 seconds for a vacuum to form.
