The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and it’s gentle on digestion — no discomfort or upset stomach. I’ve noticed a real improvement in sleep quality and feel more balanced and relaxed during the day. The capsules are easy to take, and the 180-count bottle is a great value for the price, especially given the brand’s reputation for purity and clean formulas. I also appreciate how long the bottle lasts, making it cost-effective over time. Highly recommended for anyone looking to naturally support mood, sleep, and overall well-being. Review: Helpful! see update - I started this at my doctor's recommendation, to help my sleep and stabilize my mood during weight loss efforts. I wasn't sure it was doing much, so I stopped taking it when I ran out, only to immediately discover how much it HAD been doing for me, lol. I highly recommend this to other people now. ;) **Update** I'm halfway through my fifth pregnancy at the moment. I opted to stay on this supplement for the duration because I usually suffer from moderate pre and postpartum depression. It has been *so* helpful. I'd definitely recommend its use for when your ppd isn't severe enough for you to justify the use of prescription meds, but "by golly - you need to do SOMEthing". It's made just enough difference to keep me functional and reasonably close to "my usual self", without messing with anything too drastically. ## Features - Pure Encapsulations - 5-HTP 100 mg 180 vcaps [Personal Care] ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B001RAQLP0 | | Age Range (Description) | Adult | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Brand | Pure Encapsulations | | Container Type | Bottle | | Country of Origin | USA | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 62 Reviews | | Dosage Form | Capsule | | Flavor | Unflavoured | | Flavour | Unflavoured | | Item Dimensions | 8.6 x 5.1 x 4.8 Centimeters | | Item dimensions L x W x H | 8.6 x 5.1 x 4.8 Centimeters | | Manufacturer | Pure Encapsulations | | Manufacturer Part Number | HYD11 | | Material Features | Vegetarian | | Model number | HYD11 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Package Information | Bottle | | UPC | 766298003795 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Pure Encapsulations - **Flavour:** Unflavoured - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 8.6 x 5.1 x 4.8 Centimeters - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Package Information:** Bottle - **Number of Items:** 1 - **Dosage Form:** Capsule - **Material Feature:** Vegetarian - **UPC:** 766298003795 - **Manufacturer:** Pure Encapsulations ## Images ![Pure Encapsulations - 5-HTP 100 mg 180 vcaps [Personal Care] - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71nb0kztXBL.jpg) ![Pure Encapsulations - 5-HTP 100 mg 180 vcaps [Personal Care] - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ECNjdBxFL.jpg) ![Pure Encapsulations - 5-HTP 100 mg 180 vcaps [Personal Care] - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71nHr3sKHOL.jpg) ![Pure Encapsulations - 5-HTP 100 mg 180 vcaps [Personal Care] - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/711AJW7dlFL.jpg) ![Pure Encapsulations - 5-HTP 100 mg 180 vcaps [Personal Care] - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71XlNpMuUlL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Quality & Great for Sleep and Well-Being *by C***S on 28 September 2025* Pure Encapsulations 5-HTP has been a fantastic addition to my routine. If I stop taking it for a while I notice a difference within a week or so. I take one capsule every morning. I understand it is useful for sleep, too. ## Frequently Bought Together - Pure Encapsulations 5-HTP 100 mg - Brain Health, Sleep Regulation & Appetite Support* - 5-Hydroxytryptophan - Gluten Free & Non-GMO - 180 Capsules - Pure Encapsulations GABA - Supplement to Support Relaxation & Moderation of Occasional Stress - with Premium GABA Amino Acids - 120 Capsules - Pure Encapsulations Magnesium (Glycinate) - Supplement to Support Stress Relief, Sleep, Heart Health, Nerves, Muscles, and Metabolism* - with Magnesium Glycinate - 180 Capsules --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/559520873-pure-encapsulations-5-htp-100-mg-180-vcaps-personal-care](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/559520873-pure-encapsulations-5-htp-100-mg-180-vcaps-personal-care) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
