Review: Superior to any other brand Souper Cubes 2 Tbsp - Souper Cubes 2 Tbsp / 1 oz I’ve used many freezing trays over the years, but Souper Cubes is truly superior to anything else on the market. I already use the 1-cup size for broths, this 2-tablespoon tray is perfect for freezing herbs, garlic, and tomato paste. What sets these apart are the inner metal rods that provide incredible stability when moving the tray to the freezer—no more spills! Once frozen, the cubes literally pop right out with no strength needed at all. They are a game-changer for kitchen prep and worth every penny.
Review: Convenient and easy to use - Love these freezer molds. For now, I only have a couple of the small cube molds. I bought these because I have a lemon tree in my backyard that produces more lemons than I can use or give away before they go bad. I've tried other ice cube molds, but it was always really hard to get the cubes out after they froze. With the Souper Cubes, because of the flexible silicone, the cubes come out easily. Once they're frozen, I transfer the cubes to a freezer bag, pop the trays into the dishwasher, then use them again for more cubes. So convenient!! Love these freezer molds. For now, I only have a couple of the small cube molds. I bought these because I have a lemon tree in my backyard that produces more lemons than I can use or give away before they go bad. I recently purchased these silicone freezer cubes and they have completely changed my food prep and storage. I was looking for a better way to freeze sauces, baby food, and single-serving portions of meals, and these cubes are absolutely perfect. Durable & Quality: Right away, you can feel the high quality of the material. They are incredibly durable and feel like they will last for years without tearing or losing their shape. The silicone is thick and sturdy, not flimsy like some other brands I've tried. Size & Storage Capacity: The size of each cube is fantastic for portion control. Each tray has a generous storage capacity, allowing me to freeze a good amount of food in one go. The individual portions are ideal for quick meals or adding a specific amount of stock to a recipe without having to thaw a giant block. Ease of Removal: This is, without a doubt, the best feature. The ease of removal is amazing! Unlike hard plastic trays where you have to struggle or run them under hot water, the flexible silicone lets you pop the frozen cubes right out with a gentle push.
