**Q: How much beta-sitosterol per tablet? I am asking the seller as I think this should be given as product information**
A: Ive already put this question to the seller several years ago and he didn't know either!...No surprise there really!  The seller confirmed that he just buys them in bulk from a manufacturer as a third party business and sticks his name on the packaging. 

Bought two packages. Didn't see any reduction in my cholesterol according to doctor's blood test results. Hopefully that answers your questions friend.

**Q: What colour are the tablets? I took brown tablets which worked. Switched to a cheaper brand that  had speckled tablets and got bad stomachache**
A: Clearwave Health Plant Sterols are an off white colour. I take them to help lower my Cholesterol. I have digestion problems and am careful what I eat and take. There has not been any negative reaction to these tablets.

Thanks for your question. These are are large tablets.  You could make them smaller by breaking in half and they are coated too which helps make swallowing easier.

I've been taking plant sterols as a supplement for years rather than taking statins as I have inherited, from both parents, a tendency to high cholesterol levels, despite a healthy diet and exercise. They seem to be working to keep my cholesterol at a reasonable level if I take three tablets every day. I like that these particular ones can be broken in two to make them easier to swallow, and the price was very reasonable. Bought as had good reviews. I saw later that it can contain fish, crustaceans and molluscs - PLANT Stanols? I dont eat seafood or fish. My taste has changed after a few days, and the pill burns my throat. (I had previously had Omega x3 and everything tasted of fish so I then realised). No returns on this and it's expensive. Pity as I've said, it had pretty good reviews with people talking about Cholesterol going down with numbers.
