You can decide how much pressure you want with how much weight you focus and allow. For sore areas and knots you can take some pressure off and gradually ease it over. I feel much better after using it and don’t walk around with back pain feeling like in needs adjusted. It’s like your personal chiropractor at home and for a great price! I got the 24 ft and I like the size. Its big enough to do the whole body without having to balance when laying down, and easy to store. 5 stars and recommend for anyone, looking for back relief especially, after workouts or in general after a day at work!

This foam roller is one of the best ones I’ve seen! It’s pretty cheap as well! It does seem to hurt my back some times when I use it other than that it does great! Works really well if you’re looking to pop your back or just roll out in general! Out of all the ones I’ve seen I 100% recommend this one!
