Salmon seems to be my tummy's favorite but the last few weeks fresh salmon hasn't been available at my grocery. I figured I'd give this a shot even though it seemed a little pricey. Honestly, this is soooooooo worth the price, especially since I'll get about 8 meals out of the two pounds (it's just me). I don't recall ever eating salmon this tender and flavorful and I will definitely be ordering this again!!!
