The product itself is amazing, it heats up super quickly, is light and easy to use, and it only took one pass for my hair to look straight. I have 4B natural hair so I was hesitant buying this but I would recommend every with natural hair to buy this. It literally looks like a silk press so absolutely amazing. I will say it does start smoking a little bit into use and it also turns off after 30 mins, but that’s not a problem for me.
