It doesn't blend in very well with my skin tone, despite it being the 'Fair' shade. Secondly it is quite foundation heavy and consequently doesn't sit well on my skin on its own. If you like quite thick coverage then I guess you could put one or two layers of it on, but it won't give you the best coverage on any spots or broken veins so you may need concealer too. If you want a light coverage I think it needs a primer underneath, which(for me) defeats the purpose of buying it.I thought it'd be a good alternative to the expensive BB creams on the market but to be honest you're probably better off buying a really good moisturiser and a foundation that's matched to your skin tone then mixing it in to get the coverage you want. Alternatively, Stila do a tinted moisturiser that is a bit less gloopy than this but is SPF 30, although it is still quite dark for fair skin.As a previous customer said, it also arrived looking a bit battered and worse for wear. I never go out without it as it seems to also protect my skin, also it make me remember to use the product because it has lots of moisturizer in it.
