It does look like real soft leather but of course, it's not. I love it and I ordered the second set in white for spring before they sell out. Perfectly sized boho purse! Love the 2 end pockets to hold my phone and the extra strap it comes with. Soft leather very roomy. Ordered Apricot. My only 2 complaints: 1. the way they have the purse folded and packaged causes significant creases (see photo) that I don’t think will go away. 2. The dark interior makes it difficult to find items. Lighter interior would make it a 5 star (personal preference.) The benefits of the purse outweigh the creases and the interior. No smell upon opening and hardware seems durable. The long removable strap is a definite plus and could be used as a crossbody when needed.
