I asked the seller if one glove could be replaced, but instead, the seller offered to reduce the price significantly. Since this would still leave me with one unusable glove, I chose to return the set and reorder another. The second set was perfect, and I've been using them daily for more than a week, having washed them twice. I will update this review, if necessary, but for now, I'm one happy person with less joint discomfort because of these VERY cool gloves!
