Made such a difference and were very comfortable to wear. Am a nurse, and don't think I could have managed without these. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Didnt help the reason why i brought them but i think thats more to my husbands problem not the item *by B***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 July 2017* My husband is suffering with really bad pain in the heel of one of his feet. I looked for various items which I hoped would help him including these set of heel protectors. He's been wearing these in his work boots now for just over a week. Unfortunately, he said he just can't use these anymore as where they end, the pain gets worse. He's tried both of the different sets to no avail unfortunately although some of the other products he's been trying as well have had a bit more success. I can't say that these don't help anyone at all who suffers with heel pain as every person is different and it's just about testing out and trying to find what's most suitable for the individual...just because they are no help to him, they will be to others. On the plus side, I put a pair in my heeled shoes, after a little while wearing heels I find the arched part of my feet gets uncomfortable, I felt a lot more comfortable wearing my heels so they won't be going to waste at all!! ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars They definitely do the job *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 July 2019* You get 2 pairs of heels in this pack, and to be honest they both do what I needed them for. What was a bit strange to start with was the spongy feel when you first put them in, however they do grow on you. What i did find with both pairs though was that over time (2-3 weeks) they lose their gripping ability and start to slide round inside your shoe and after maybe 6 weeks they have usually deteriorated to the point of being useless. However as i stated they helped eliminate the plantar issues I was having in my feet.
