We are using it to record my kid growing and hiking trails in the parks. It works fine, but the optic are not that great, if you want a nice camcorder for decent prices, this is one of the best choice. I don’t know why people give it a bad negative review here, when they pick up a decent prices camcorder. Absolutely you are already known, this device could not compare with any over thousands of dollars professional photographic equipment. Happy with this camcorder, the strap is nice when you walk around with it in your hand. We bought this as a kit, we can record a long video with SD card as we want, compared before we use iPhone , it’s much useful though, because my iPhone only have 256gb , evry month I have to go to Walgreens to down load it to make a CD to release space for the phone. So right now I don’t have to spend this money any more. It’s holding on SD card, we can watch it on TV anytime. This is another best way to have it. I did comment if I would recommend this product, if you read this review, you could decide for yourself better, I will use it and hope it will last me a while, either that or spend a grand on a really good Video Camcorder.
