Just tried it and I will never eat it, it tastes bad and nothing like vanilla buttercream. I'm shocked you chose that as a final flavor. I'll throw it out and waste $13. Remake this so you don't go out of business, hope the gluten-free keto cake mixes aren't as bad. ——Update, 1/20/26—-this company reached out to me after my review and offered me a refund so 3 stars for that. Thanks for being cool :). I’ve never had frostings with a grain texture, I think if you blended it smooth and changed the ingredients it would taste better. I only want occasional desserts with the integrity of healthier ingredients that include a lot less sugar. This company has a products that are a much healthier option.
