Review: A very nice fan which cools my room nicely - VOXON TurboForce Air Circulator Table Fan Wall Mounted Fans I was very pleased when this arrived, the fan is much nicer than I had expected. The fan is made from a fairly heavy tough looking matt black plastic, the circular rim around the fan itself is metallic gunmetal in colour which gives the fan a classy look. The fan is quite heavy for it's size and looks to be quite sturdy too. It comes supplied with two cables, one with a UK three pin plug, the other has a two pin Euro type plug. The cable plugs neatly into the back of the fan where it is tidy and out of the way. On top there is a circular knob which has a knurled edge to it which makes the knob easy to grip whilst turning to the various settings. This is also economical to use as it's claimed it uses only 23 watts on the highest setting and 12 watts on the lowest setting. In use I found the fan to be fairly quiet on the lowest setting which is just the job as I have it setup in my music room so no excess noise to interfere with recording. There are three speed settings via the circular knob on top, the lowest speed is a gentle breeze which is more than enough for me, the highest setting moves a fair bit of air but not so much that it is uncomfortable to sit in front of. The fan swivels up and down but there is no sideways adjustment. I have this standing on my desk where it gently cools the room, you can also hang it on a wall by the two supplied screws if you wish. The fan is heavy enough to keep it in place without fear of it sliding off my desk if knocked. The room I use this in is fairly small, this cools that room nicely. I'm not so sure of it's suitability for a large room as the blades of the fan are quite small. I believe the fan is designed to be placed on a desk close by to keep you cool but may struggle to keep a large room cool. As I mentioned above I am very pleased with this. The fan is fairly quiet in operation on the low setting which I find more than adequate for my needs and using just 12 watts on that setting means I can leave it running without fear of it costing me a fortune in electric. It also appears to be well built so I would expect it to last a long time - Highly recommended! I did purchase a second one of these but had to return it because it was quite noisy when compared to the first. My first purchase I am highly delighted with. Review: Great for menopausal flushes! - Great bedside fan. Purchased due to going through the menopause and having numerous hot flushes during the night. Really impressed from the first use. Slept very well as it is quite powerful for a tiny fan, even on setting one. Best night sleep in ages since stopping my HRT. I am quite sensitive to sound and this was not loud at all and I had it running all night with no problems. The highest setting is really cool and I guess it would be great in hot weather so I can see it travelling with me too. The only downside is, is that it is very difficult to operate it with one hand unless you take a grip of it. If you were to just try and push the button with one finger it will move away unless you prop it against something as the pads on the base are not the best. Overall, a great 'must have' for menopause or for the Summer. I would definitely purchase again.

**Q: How strong would you say this fan can be?**
A: Difficult to say. It would be efficient in a small room. In the very hot weather recently I have used it on the lowest level, directed at me from 2 yards away which has been very refreshing. However I don't think it did much for the rest of the room. Hope this is of some help. M.

**Q: Does it come apart to clean as fans can pick up alot of dust**
A: Yes. There is 4 screws on the back. You will need a Phillips head screw driver but I would be careful when wiping the blades has the motor sits directly behind the fan blades

**Q: Do I need a screwdriver to assemble? IS it easy to assemble?**
A: No tools are needed as the fan is fully assembled, you will only need tools if you choose to mount the fan on a wall.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice, Light, Compact & Powerful

Does the job & not too big & cumbersome, like some other fans, so light & more portable. No assembly needed. 3 speeds for more powerful cool air. Only gripe is the fan doesn’t adjust downwards if it’s not fixed on a wall. I’d like it to flip down too, as I have no intention of screwing it to the wall & I wanted the fan to be put higher up than where I’m sitting but not fixed on wall. Overall tho, I’m pleased with it & I think it was on sale & the higher speed setting is more than adequate for me & it’s light & portable. Plus it was not damaged/broken in transit as some people have found.
