The first set supplied didn't work due to changes in HP printer setup but after a quick email with Kingsway they immediately sent out a new set with updated chips and the instructions to not auto upgrade my printer with latest updates which is what stops the replacement cartridges working. My printer is now working fine and the print quality is as good as before. ### ⭐ Misleading print quantities and flawed cartridges! *by K***S on 5 May 2018* Accurate test of 3 sets of these CARTRIDGES Yield about 650 prints per black cartridges when they should be 1600-2000 realtime test against a another third party sellers cartridges where 1040 prints were achieved with over 60 percent ink left ! 1 picture shows ink levels from full ink tanks one is using these cartridges and printing only black but depleting colour inks as well ,compared to another make of compatible cartridges so picture 1 = 650 black prints which depleted all 4 cartridges , picture 2 another make of compatible cartridges = 1040 black prints and shows what is currently left in ink tanks !!!! This review /report is all honest facts without my personal views , the evidence speaks for itself , and I am now out of pocket ! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Teh best non branded print cartridges ever ! *by M***T on 9 October 2020* Can I just say I weas so fed up paying HP £100 for 4 of their cartridges so I went to Kingway and as long as you DO NOT UPDATE YOUR PRINTER FIRMWARE these print cartridges are amazingly good value for money and print quality. And recently I had run out and HAD to use anohter non branded cartridge (which I have just returned) as the yellow is now orange, the blue is now purple and the the red is brown only the black is still black and yet these cartridges are 80% new and yet every day I am having to clean them and HP's answer was to update my firmware which I DID NOT do and instead returned these rubbish cartridges and added the new kingway ones that I got a few weeks back and now perfect print instantly, no cleaning and ready to go again thank you KINGWAY !
