Review: Delicate Christmas joy - These are far more delicate than I remember as a child and do seem to be very thin and flimsy, however, they brought joy and wonderful memories in a video shared with my extended family and friends over the festive period. Review: Poor Quality - I have had an angel chime since the 1970s. The original my parents had was solid brass. I wish I knew what happened to it. This lovely candle lite ornament is a part of Christmas for our family. I last bought one about 10 years ago. It was from the same manufacturer and it was well-made and lasted 10 years until the brass plating began to come off. I have had to have two of these new chimes this year. One was sent back due to the low quality. The second suffers from the exact same problem. They have made the item so lightweight, (lowered the quality) that the tower slots into a base and sways. When you add the angels, windmill and top angel, these are too heavy for the tower and it bends. The slots in the base where the tower is secured are too big and allow the tower to sway. This means the windmill stops turning and the chiming stops. All I can say is that the two sets we have tried are of inferior quality. The second one will be returned. Not recommended.

**Q: I can’t get my chimes to chime**
A: You maybe have set the chimes up wrong. Try setting it up differently and then light the candles- it’s beautiful!

**Q: Where us is it  made or manufactured?**
A: this item is made in sweden.

**Q: Can you get replacement strikers**
A: In strikers do you mean candles, if so yes. Or the little metal bits that strike the bells, if so they could be replaced with thick wire if lost. This is my 2nd set as l lost the bells which oddly always appear before Xmas and disappear again when the original set come out of the loft!!!!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than expected

Having read the various reviews I decided to give these a try but was prepared for them to have a short life. I will take the advice of a previous reviewer and purchase extra candles as they do burn down quite quickly. It was very easy to put together and although one of the little angels did buckle (easily rectified however) a little when being fitted that was my fault as I was a bit gung ho to begin with and didn't look properly at the instructions on the box. The sound from my set is of a good quality and by no means faint. I would definitely buy these again and may purchase some more this year as small christmas gifts.
