I love all Staub products and am happy I was able to purchase this pan at a reasonable price.  The lid is very heavy and and a bit awkward to hang on to.  I only wish this was available in a 2.5 quart size which would be more practical for a one or two person household.

I was glad to see it well rapped and shipped to China. This is really good for stewing. The shape of its lid well reserves the water and you don't see much less of the soup after long-time stewing and you can see through the lid. Easy to clean but still cannot solve to problem of food sticking to it when cooking. Generally it is a good braiser.
