Perfect angle, my legs are resting and lower back is comfortable too. I get varicose veins and have sciatica and it helps with both. Although it doesn't have a cover to wash it, you can spot clean ok. Its heavy enough not to move in bed at night but portable enough to move round the house. Its wide enough so your leg won't fall off it.
