It don't hurt my tailbone any more to sit for long times. Shape retention good be good for someone that don't sit for hours, it has a intendention of my butt in it,which makes it easier to find the right spot not to hurt. Height is good. The back rest is a little annoying but again it could just be me or the design of my chair. Pain relief is good for my butt which is what I needed this set for.
