Obviously not a UL (or any other certifying body) listed device.I unplugged the adapter to find one of the prongs left in the outlet. Fortunately this was in a power strip, so I could easily unplug it and avoid leaving a live prong sticking out.Turns out the only thing holding the prongs in is a press-fit into the plastic, you can see that there's no sign of a crimp or solder on that prong. Further inspection shows that it's some sort of slide-fit inside the power adapter and it's kind of amazing that it ever worked.
