External Diameter 22.5mm. Made from 1.63mm diameter round wire. 1 arm is at right angles to the coil (this arm locates into the backplate) the other arm points towards the centre of the coil (this arm locates into the spindle). Two similar 2 + 1/2 turn coils are also available. One spring is also made from 1.63mm wire but has a diameter of 24.5mm. The other spring has a diameter of 24mm and is made from 1.8mm wire. We also offer a version of this coil with 3 + 1/2 turns. These springs are available on the Northern DIY website. Tip: When fitting a new spring a little grease will give better wear and movement.
