The waistband is perfect, a slightly different material, but wide enough that if your shirt pulls up and everything is riding normally, the fabric won’t reveal the thong nature of your underwear. The material is very nice and I'm a fan of the star pattern but the waist band could use some work. I'm wearing these currently they have plenty of stretch for bigger members so I am definitely a fan that they keep me in place without compressing or constraining me.
