This plastic insert was the only product that did not crack or break when installing. Tip, first remove the chair seat from swivel, then place the swivel on the floor and put your feet on it, and pull up on chair legs. That will separate the swivel from the chair legs. Then put one rubber hammer 'handle' in the chair pipe and use another hammer to knock out the old plastic insert. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fixed the problem! *by P***T on November 9, 2018* I thought I would have to buy new dining chair, my tilt, swivel, roll chair was uncomfortable to sit in, it rocked from side to side and felt unstable.
