The problem I faced was the instructions indicated that when connecting the supporting anchor pole to the plate which is attached to the ceiling. There should be two holes on the pole, which would give you the option to position your tv forwards or backwards and allow you to lock and secure at your desired angle. The pole I received only had one hole so it confused me slightly, especially since there was a bolt, washer and nut for this purpose. As well as the instructions stating this as part of the assembly.
