Now i have to pump in the morning after I feed her and I get about 3-4 ounces there. then pump once at work and get around 6 ounces. the final time i pump for the day i get about 3-4 ounces so now I'm making more than 12 ounces which is a substantial jump! I have tried other supplements but this one is the only one that has really worked for me. A lot of other supplements don't have as many breastmilk supporting supplements in it as this one so there's a higher chance of this working for you. I take 2 pills with breakfast and 2 pills before bed.
