I sized up because I did not want them so tight my inscision site was irritated . They are snug but comfy enough I slept in them. The ankle area was tight so I just pulled them over half my foot and that works perfectly. These are seriously medical grade with medium compression for a great price

I got this compressor stocking because I was diagnose with a DVT and I wanted to Travel outside the country. I had to wait 3 month before travel and was advise to get one. I wasn't sure about the measurements but did so google research and I concluded that this would be best. This is value for my money, its really good quality, its thick, stretchy but not so easy to put on. It was a little tight around my belly but it worked well.
