Cost is reasonable and it includes a small selection of accessories. The syringes are plenty sharp and easily penetrate the meat to inject your liquids. The top removes easily enough for cleaning and the included pipe cleaners help with cleaning the syringes. The build is sturdy and I haven't had any real issues with leakage.

Update- I've had it for 3 years now, have used it many times and it is still solid. Still on the first set of O-rings. I'm normally injecting herb butter into white meat and generally stick to the largest needle. Ive used it once and it worked well injecting a chicken with garlic butter. Easy to assemble and easy to clean except the smaller single hole needle head is smaller than either of the 2 cleaning brushes included which makes me hesitant to use it at all with anything thicker than oil. If my next usage changes my mind I'll update accordingly.
