It’s sturdy, stylish, versatile, very comfortable, priced right! We tested the holding power with 3 people and a combined weight of around lbs 420-430. There was enough room for us to sit in it crosswise and have a family hangout session. It easily held our weight just fine for the 20 minutes we were all in it together. I like its versatility. You can comfortably lay in it and the wooden spacers keep it stretched nicely or you can sit in it cross wise and it’s wide enough to have your legs dangle over the side at your knee while your head is supported on the other side. It’s made well for the price point and, as a bonus, it looks very nice. The wooden spacer bars are removable so you can throw it in the wash. While the included cords are holding it perfectly, I’m investing in a set of hammock straps. This is canvas, so not something i’d want to leave out in our SE humid climate. The straps will make it easier to take it down at night and not have to untie knots.
