I pre-soaked the hair in ACV and conditioned it a bit prior to use. Not something I typically do, nor was it necessary but because the style is coily, I wanted it to be super soft. I bought colors 1B/30 and 1B/350 (8 packs/order) and used 12 packs for a very full yet natural look. The color mix and length is perfect & manageable. The hair gets slightly tangled but I fluff it out very easily with my fingers. No matting or anything crazy. I pineapple it at night & spray dry shampoo on it in the morning & have even used styling mouse. I have no complaints.
