Review: Great tool. - Breaks out windows like a champ. I use a carabiner and 1" keyring to keep it on my bunker gear and it keeps it handy for extracating patients. Be warned, I had one of these before and it magically disappeared lol. Also, wearing it inside fires has been ok but be warned that with all that water and nasties flying about, you will need to thoroughly wash and dry it and I would go so far as to coat it with some WD-40 or something of the like to keep it from rusting.
Review: Best window breaker on the market, gold standard - Superior window breaker, breaks all car windows easily with minimal effort (all you have to do is pull the spring back and let it slap forward), and it allow you to break windows without getting your hands or arms cut in the process. I believe even kids or senior citizens can use this with relative ease. The construction and quality of the metal and machining is very good.

**Q: Does this work under water?**
A: Yes David.  It's a simple, yet reliable design.  Worth the money for sure.

**Q: Does this pen break laminated glass**
A: Yes this will break laminated windshield/side window glass. However the plastic sheet inside the glass will still be intact so you will still need a windshield saw. This tool would be best used to give you a "purchase point" on windows of this type.

**Q: Does it break regular glass windows**
A: If by  "regular glass" you mean untempered glass, then yes, of course it will. Ordinary glass is easily broken by almost anything. However, you will get some very large and sharp shards by breaking ordinary glass. Breaking tempered glass results in a pile of what looks like pebbles with sharp edges. Practically harmless, all said and done.

**Q: Is this a pen or can it be added to keys?**
A: It isn't a pen and comes with a keyring. I actually need to reorder one since I lost the keys I had it attached to.
