The stretching balm is very nice and helps with the stretching process, but the guide to stretching wasn't very impressive. I was expecting something a little more detailed when it came to the guide as I have read through many pages of the subject online.Only problems I came across with the product were that a few of the rings on the plugs were broken/missing, but this problem is a minor one and can be fixed easily by using a ring from one of the other tapers or plugs.All in all the tapers and the plugs are good quality, are not too heavy and feel nice in the ear. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great *by K***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 May 2015* Arrived today, good quality, well worth the money!
