    This was exactly as advertised. It is pure, ground, Stevia Powder.  It's great when mixed as a spice, but remember, it is a spice, an additive. It doesn't dissolve, and it's as strong as the advertisement says it is.  Mix it with chocolate, flour, (even flour not made from wheat) and in anything, you want sweetened.  I added it to some heavy cream and got sugar free whipped cream that was wonderful.

    Exactly what I wanted: unprocessed, organic, finely-ground, whole-leaf stevia powder. Not extracted. Not refined. No added fillers. Just straight stevia leaf. Great for sweetening drinks without spiking blood sugar or raising insulin.Exceptional sweetness with a slight floral/herbal taste that I don't notice in most foods. I keep a small amount in a jar in my backpack so it's always with me and use it to sweeten coffee + tea (both hot + iced), oatmeal, on top of cereal - anything you'd normally add sugar to.Note that because this is a dried, ground leaf, it does not dissolve, but simply disperses in whatever you add it to. It will leave a slight residue of green powder in your mug and tint your drink/food slightly green, which doesn't bother me in the least. I prefer minimally processed foods, such as this.
