**Q: Looking to use this before during or after lawn seed, could you recommend in which order please**
A: Before, not during, and then after to green up the grass once it has taken .   I suggest you spike the whole lawn area with a sharp garden fork after rain.   Apply the recommended amount of ammonium nitrate and water in.  then distribute the seeds, and water again.  You must wait for the grass to grow where the seeds were planted.  To keep your lawn green use L.A.N. (Limestone ammonium nitrate) sparingly
