I am very funny when it comes to taking medicine and supplements and these are good in that I get no side effects from them. I take one a day as prescribed as my vitamin D levels are low. Before taking these, I was taking some other brand which I do not remember the name of but that brand caused me to feel stuffy so I had stopped taking it until I started taking these but then again it could have been because I was taking them on an empty stomach so maybe it was that. With these I take them with my dinner and have had no problems since I have started taking them.
