It took about 2-4 weeks to clear up my cycle acne. I started breaking out really bad with puss filled cystic hormonal acne. I came back to this supplement because I know I can count on it clearly my skin up. I again tried everything topical and literally nothing work. I knew I had to clear it from the inside out. So again, I started to take about 6 pills a day and worked my way up to about to about 12-15 pills day (4-5 3 times a day) til it cleared up my acne. I’m not a doctor. I know you can’t over dose because you just pee it out. Drink water. I have only used and trusted this brand. I hope this helps and good luck! I just know that if I can clear up my nasty acne, you can too!
