A few days later I decided to try fitting it over a bare table (no pad, no table warmer)- VERY tight and involved two people to get it to stretch over. Left it on to stretch out a few days and then took it off and was able to get it onto the table again with pad and warmer - SUCCESS! Not something you'll want to take on and off. Been using now for over a year and it looks good as new (photos are from after about 1 year of use). The fact that it's a really tight fit is part of what makes it so great now. The face cradle holes aren't a perfect line up, but they are dang close, and certainly close enough. Just have to tug on it a bit to get the face cradle prongs in.
