Thermofit Corrosion Protection for Heating Systems is a 10 kg solution designed to inhibit corrosion and stabilize hardness in heating systems. Compliant with VDI2035 standards, it requires a simple 1% dosage of the total system capacity, ensuring your heating system operates efficiently and lasts longer.

## Description

Protection against corrosion and limestone deposits. Heating water systems are often prone to corrosion damage. Especially the predetermined filling of soft water heating systems with the reformulation of VDI 2035 can cause greater corrosion problems. thermofit offers protection for iron, steel, copper, copper alloys and combination installations from the build-up of layers of protection on metal surfaces. By sticking to the dosage amount, soap leakages and fractures can be avoided. It prevents limescale build-up on heat exchangers. Pumps, which are affected by gnawing corrosion particles, will not wear out before time. Residual hardness which may be in fill-up water or water hardness after the supply water is bound to fully and can then not be deposited as limescale. Dispersing of suspended matter is prevented thanks to the dispersing effect on deposits. Thanks to this combination, the following process goals are achieved: even at contact temperatures up to approx. 200°C no build-up of limescale, no build-up of sludge from phosphates, removal of sludge deposits, thermofit can be used when filling new heating systems as well as for longer term injection in heating water. Compatible with all materials commonly used in heating systems. Suitable for all water qualities. Suitable for floors with under-floor heating. thermofit stabilises a wide variety of water qualities. Depending on the application situation, it can be used softened water, demineralised water or tap water. Dosage is carried out using a one-off addition to fill-up or supply water. As feed water, soft water up to a maximum of 8° dH should be used. Dosage: The concentration of thermofit should be around 1% in closed systems.
