This helps keep the goggles on our dog, when she's rubbing her face against something, bumps into me, etc. It keeps the on, in the wind too. These have opened up a whole new world for me and my pooch, to enjoy riding our motorcycle. I put our Kuryakn Pet Palace on the back, plus these Goggles... and we're off! By far, this is now her favorite activity and... I'm not worried about rocks, debris, dirt... getting into her eyes. Glad we purchased them.The downside?The glue holding the foam, doesn't work very well. The foam eye liners (foam seal) come loose, and roll up into the goggles. Plus, this loose foam exposes the adhesive... catching dog hair stuck to it, causing hairs to stick by the dog's eyes... causing her to rub, scratch and try to get them off.Overall, we're glad we found them and purchased. They fit much better than other models. I have a larger dog than other reviewers, a 40lb hound dog, and these fit him fine. They stay on and he doesn't try to remove them. I just give him a treat while I slide them on his face. Excellent for riding our back country roads in the pick up. He's the talk of the town when we pull in for fuel. People even want to take his picture! Lol. So cute and I feel better about his eye safety. He also has blue eyes and I feel these help with the sun glare. They have a hinge in the middle that helps them fit better. I'm impressed with the quality and value for the price. They have a strap that goes behind the ears and under the chin.
